Are you a creative and detail-oriented professional with a passion for design?

We are seeking a skilled Sign Designer to join our Traffic Division.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating impactful signage that ensures safety and enhances our company's presence.

Job Duties:

• Design and produce various signs, including traffic and informational signage.
• Collaborate with the Traffic Superintendent to identify signage needs.
• Utilize industry-standard software to create and edit sign designs.
• Ensure all signs comply with relevant regulations and company standards.
• Other duties will be added as needs develop

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, FlexiSIGN & PRINT, and Gerber Omega.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of sign design principles, materials, and production processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Prior experience in sign or graphic design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Experience with sign production equipment and materials.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sign or graphic design.
• Experience with sign production equipment and materials is a plus.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity for operating design equipment and tools.

Work Environment:

• Primarily office-based with occasional visits to production areas.
• Exposure to typical office equipment and sign production tools.
